Why this exists
I built this for myself first.
I am older, heavier than I want to be, and starting over. At some point getting started stopped feeling hard and started feeling impossible — not because the exercise was beyond me, but because everything about it was confusing. Which exercises? In what order? How much? Is this one going to hurt my back?
Every app I tried assumed I already knew. They handed me a workout and expected me to finish it. I never did. And the moment I stopped early, the app treated the day as a failure and showed me a broken streak.
That is backwards. For someone starting from nothing, stopping early is the workout. So the list is ordered by what matters most, and you work down it until you have had enough. The app records how far you got — not how many boxes you ticked — because that is the number that actually moves.
Everything else follows from that. Plain descriptions instead of jargon. A video on every exercise so you can see it done properly. Nothing that needs equipment you do not own. Your data stays on your phone, because it is nobody's business but yours.
It is working for me. That is the only claim I will make.
